I’m new to 5u and am slightly nervous about threads asking if it’s dying.
Sound aside, the aesthetic and ergonomics of a giant system (or the beginnings of a hopefully giant system) are incredible. I’m loving my small system and planning to expand.
However. My two cents. 5U and MU and dotcom are not great names. They are also no good in Google search.
I argue that we need a new and accepted name. American format from Suit and Tie Guy is the best so far, I think.
If this isn’t too bold an ask for a relative beginner (and convert from eurorack), is there a great new name for 5U or MU that’s as catchy and easy to search up as eurorack?
