I think it's going to be a long time before anybody has built a full understanding of everything that sequencer is capable of.I'm still making my way through the PM Q&A stream. Sarah Belle Reid said in her video that she barely scratches the surface of what the controller is capable ofSeveral of the videos posted here (Jorb, Sarah Belle Reid, Superbooth w/Luna, Richard and Michael extended overview) seem to give a good sense of what the controller is capable of.
Yes, I'd love to get a better understanding of what the VL2 controller is capable of. I watched a video of Cascadia, but I personally prefer the sound of the PM oscillators and I really like the sound of the Florist.
Jorb is apparently putting together the manual (learned this during the livestream when I asked about it's availability).
Even aside from all the individual sort of rhythmic and harmonic tools that exist in the touch controller I really intentionally sculpted the interactions between the different settings and tools; there really is a lot there. Lots that I haven't seen anybody talk about yet.
Some of my favorite generative sequencing tools, like the random order engine or the sequence generation tool, are things it seems people haven't even found yet.
If the question is what is this thing capable of, the answer is:
more than you think.
