It is not possible to send clock to the right channel and expect not to hear it on the right output if Dry/Wet is not 100% wet. So these effects should be used in mono output or with external dry/wet control.
"Sync" type effects have their delay time proportional to the pulse period. So if you need 0,25 seconds delay – that should be your pulse time.
And frankly I do not know who can ever use such ambiguous measurements as PPQN. For me the only measurement of time is seconds and 1/time is frequency – can not be more simple.
